Acoustic Grade Lithium Tantalate Crystal And Wafer

Lithium tantalate (LiTaO3, LT for short) crystal is an important multifunctional crystal material, which has excellent piezoelectric, ferroelectric, acousto-optic and electro-optic effects. Therefore, it has become the basic functional material in the field of surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices, optical communication, laser and optoelectronics. The polished LT chip is widely used in the manufacture of electronic communication devices such as resonators, filters, transducers, etc., especially with its good mechanical and electrical coupling, temperature coefficient and other comprehensive performance, it is used in the manufacture of high-frequency surface acoustic wave devices, and is used in mobile phones, walkie-talkies, satellite communications, aerospace and many other high-end communication fields.
