Tellurium Dioxide (TeO2)
White fine crystalline powder, yellow when heated, dark yellow red when melted, extremely difficult to dissolve in water, melting point is 733℃, boiling point is 1260℃. The supply purity is 99.999%, and the total content of impurities such as aluminum, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, nickel and lead is less than 10ppm. It is mainly used to prepare tellurium dioxide single crystal, infrared device, acousto-optic device and so on. Packaging in polyethylene bottle vacuum package.
