
Production Description:
The SG-ZP type Vacuum Induction Melting Furnace is a modern melting equipment designed for high-temperature alloys, precision alloys, special steels, and certain non-ferrous metals and alloy materials. It utilizes the principle of medium-frequency induction heating to melt and smelt various shapes of ingot molds, precision castings, etc. under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions.
Main Functions And Features:
1.Vacuum Melting Chamber: The chamber consists of a furnace body, furnace cover, furnace door, insulation device, temperature measurement system, and optional components such as a ramming mechanism, tilting mechanism, feeding system, lifting system, etc. This equipment employs medium-frequency induction heating, with a spiral tubular induction coil inside the furnace body. The furnace cover opens horizontally. Both the furnace body and cover are double-layered with water-cooled structures, and their inner walls are made of 304 stainless steel that has undergone fine large-area polishing, making it easy to remove condensed water vapor and adherent dirt during melting.
2.Optional Auxiliary Feeding Device: The furnace cover can be equipped with an auxiliary feeding device to add alloy materials during melting. Pre-prepared alloy materials can be loaded into the feeding chute before vacuuming. Under vacuum conditions, the materials are dropped into the chute through a vacuum-sealed handle and then fed into the crucible through the chute. The observation window is equipped with heat-resistant quartz glass, and an optional movable stainless steel baffle can be installed below the glass. By turning the handle, the melting process inside the furnace can be observed at any time. Please wear protective goggles when observing.
