Production Description:

  A smelting furnace is a device used to heat metals or other materials to high temperatures to melt them. Made of high-temperature-resistant materials, smelting furnaces possess powerful heating capabilities and high-temperature resistance. They are utilized in various industrial processes such as metal smelting, glass manufacturing, and ceramic production.

  In metal smelting, smelting furnaces are often used to heat ores or metals to high temperatures, causing them to melt and separate useful metals. These furnaces use electricity to provide heating energy and achieve the desired smelting process by controlling temperature, time, and chemical reaction conditions.

  Smelting furnaces play a crucial role in industrial production, enabling the melting and processing of various metals and materials. They provide essential basic materials for our lives and industrial development.

Main Technical Parameters:

  1. Input Power: Three-phase 380V 50Hz

  2. Heating Power Supply: Medium-frequency power supply

  3. Heating Power: 60KW

  5. Operating Temperature: ≤2200°C

  6. Crucible Capacity: 8Kg (based on molten steel)

Furnace Cover:

  The furnace cover adopts a double-layer stainless steel (SUS304) water-jacketed flat plate deflecting structure, welded with a flange as a whole. Both the inner and outer walls are polished. The furnace cover is equipped with cooling water inlets and outlets, observation windows, etc. The furnace cover and furnace body are locked using a union bolt hand-wheel for easy operation.

Furnace Body:

  The furnace body adopts a double-layer stainless steel (SUS304) water-jacketed structure, welded with an upper flange and a bottom head into a cylindrical shape. A dovetail sealing groove is opened on the upper flange plane, sealed with an O-ring silicone rubber seal. The furnace body side is equipped with cooling water inlets and outlets, vacuum pumping ports, rotating electrode installation holes, automatic filling and venting interfaces, etc. The furnace top is equipped with an alloy feeding hopper.

Vacuum System:

The vacuum system is configured with two-stage pumps, consisting of a diffusion pump, mechanical pump, high-vacuum butterfly valve, filling valve, vent valve, vacuum pressure gauge, composite vacuum meter, etc. The connection between the vacuum pipeline and the pump uses a metal bellows to reduce vibration. The measurement of vacuum is displayed by the composite vacuum meter.
