
Function Introduction:
Induction heating utilizes the principle of electromagnetic induction and eddy currents to heat workpieces. It is widely used in the production and processing of steel, non-ferrous metals, and rare metals. It has become an indispensable energy source in metallurgy, machining departments, as well as casting, forging, shipbuilding, aircraft, and automobile manufacturing. Besides the advantages of conventional induction heating, this product also features the following characteristics:
1.It has a constant power control function.
2.It has a programmable power function, allowing it to operate according to a pre-programmed power curve. Two control modes can be selected: step curve or linear curve.
3.It optionally comes with a temperature control function, featuring dual temperature detection. One channel can be used for temperature control, while the other serves as a temperature display. The temperature control mode can be set to fixed value control or programmable control.
4.It has a load-to-ground leakage detection function, effectively avoiding power supply damage caused by short circuits between the induction coil and the work-piece or casing.
5.It has a data recording function, capable of recording power, current, tank circuit voltage, frequency, temperature, and other data during operation.
6.It has communication capabilities, supporting the ModBus RTU protocol and RS-485 interface. It allows remote reading and writing of parameters and operational status within the induction heating power supply via communication, greatly facilitating user connections to PLCs, touchscreens, industrial computers, and other devices. This significantly enhances the expansion capabilities of the induction heating power supply, allowing users to seamlessly integrate it into their products.
The induction heating power supply produced by our company uses uncontrolled rectification technology, which offers advantages such as high power factor (up to 0.97) and low power grid pollution compared to other fully controlled rectification technologies. It features constant power control, as well as current limiting and voltage limiting functions, ensuring that the induction heating power supply always operates in the most efficient power output mode. This allows for full utilization of the input power supply, making it suitable for applications requiring frequent startups or long-term operation.
