Equipment Overview:

  The furnace body is composed of a furnace cover, a furnace body, a moving device, a furnace bladder, a furnace chamber and a heating element.
  The furnace cover is welded by the double-layer head and flange, and adopts the double-layer sandwich wall structure, and the inner and outer head are cooled by circulating cooling water. The inner head of the furnace cover is made of stainless steel plate. The furnace cover and the furnace body are connected by hinges, and the opening mode of the furnace cover is upper open cover; The furnace cover is provided with an air release valve, a charging port and a furnace cover pressing device.
  The furnace body is made of steel skeleton according to the principle of mechanics by selecting suitable type, high quality cold rolled steel plate, CNC laser cutting processing, all bends without weld, no porosity, slag, and other defects. Furnace body appearance is straight, beautiful, no wrinkles or uneven phenomenon.
  The furnace body is made of double guide rail, so that the furnace body is stable and reliable in the process of long-term use, and the function of urgent cooling and urgent heating can be realized with this special design. The movement of the furnace body adopts the electric screw to move from side to side to ensure that the furnace body is stable and reliable without inertia during operation.
  The soft and hard contact sealing structure is arranged between the furnace body and the furnace lining, that is, the fiber sealing block around it is slightly protrudated on the furnace body frame at the furnace side and made into an adjustable form. The furnace body is locked by a spring clasp after opening and closing. The furnace body has a movable cut-off switch to ensure the smooth operation of the furnace door when it is opened and closed. The structure ensures that the furnace is always in a good closed state during the production process, prevents the hot gas overflow of the high temperature furnace, improves the working environment, and enhances the energy saving effect. The measuring flange is about 400mm away from the bottom of the furnace and is evenly distributed at 45°, so that the heating temperature of each sample is basically the same. The sealing ring is three-high graphite.
  The furnace is made of 625 alloy steel.
  The furnace adopts semi-shaped structure, the material is selected high purity alumina fiber, the maximum temperature resistance of the fiber is 1500℃, after the lining system is completed, the surface is sprayed with a layer of high temperature curing agent, forming a layer of heat insulation wall, increasing the decent strength and thermal radiation performance of the lining, and further reducing the heat storage loss of the lining, so as to achieve the effect of rapid heating. Maximize the heat efficiency of the furnace, with good energy saving effect. The thermal insulation material is composed of high aluminum fiber super-hard board, high zirconium aluminum needled blanket and high purity alumina refractory fiber products, which has good thermal insulation effect.
  The heating element is made of high quality resistance wire, respectively installed in the furnace, and processed by custom mold. Its structure is convenient to install, and it will never form a thermal short circuit with the furnace shell and cause local overheating of the furnace shell. A 3-way thermocouple device is provided on the furnace body.
