Product Description:
SG-ZP1800 vacuum induction melting furnace is a modern metallurgical equipment for superalloy, precision alloy, special steel and some non-ferrous metals and alloys. It uses the principle of medium frequency induction heating to melt and smelt, cast ingot moulds of various shapes and precision casting in vacuum or protective atmosphere.
Main functions and characteristics:
1. Vacuum chamber is composed of furnace body and furnace cover. The furnace cover is turned horizontally. Furnace body and cover structure are double wall, and water cooling. The inner wall is made of 304 stainless steel and polished in a large area, so it can easily remove condensated water vapor and smelting dirt.
2. The furnace cover is equipped with auxiliary material feeding device and observation window.
3. Material adding device on furnace cover to add alloy material during smelting. The utility model comprises an alloy feeding box and a feeding hopper. The pre-added alloy material is loaded into the feeding box before vacuum pumping. Under vacuum, the material is dropped into the feeding hopper through a vacuum sealing handle, and then is fed into the crucible through the feeding hopper. The observation window is equipped with heat-resistant quartz glass; there is a movable stainless steel baffle under the glass, which can change the position of the stainless steel plate by turning the handle to ensure a clear vision; in order to prevent high temperature metal bright light, it is convenient to observe the metal metallurgical situation in the crucible.
