Equipment Profile:
SG-RYL series vacuum hot-pressing furnaces are mainly used for Hot-pressing Sintering of cemented carbide, functional ceramics, powder metallurgy, etc. under high temperature and high vacuum conditions, or hot-pressing forming and sintering under inert gas protection.
Main features of the equipment:
1. Furnace body adopts double-layer SUS304 structure, with water cooling in the middle, which can effectively reduce the surface temperature of the furnace body, reduce high temperature damage, and reduce the impact on operators and environmental temperature.
2. Frame-type double-column supporting structure, using profiles welding, overall processing, to ensure the reliability of equipment;
3. The range of temperature is wide. There are many kinds of heating elements, such as graphite, molybdenum, tungsten, tantalum, etc. In a suitable protective atmosphere, the highest temperature can reach 2200 C, which can be adapted to the hot pressing sintering of different materials.
4. Vacuum system (mechanical pump or diffusion pump unit) can be selected according to technological requirements.
5. With inlet and outlet gas nozzles and overpressure protection devices, hot pressing sintering can be carried out either in vacuum environment or in inert or reductive atmosphere; other heating modes can be used in air environment (temperature < 1600 C, heating elements can be selected according to temperature requirements: resistance wire, silicon carbon rod or silicon-molybdenum rod) for hot pressing test.
6. Humanized configuration can be operated manually or intelligently by one key.
7. Diversified structure, vertical feeding and discharging, vertical side door discharging, one-way pressure, two-way pressure and so on, arbitrary choice;
