Equipment Profile:
SG-ZP series vacuum induction melting furnace is a kind of high-temperature heating equipment used to melt solid metals into liquids and temper them. It is used to melt and smelt metal materials (iron base, nickel base, cobalt base, etc.) in vacuum or protective atmosphere, pouring ingot moulds of various shapes, precision casting and other modern metallurgical equipment.
Main functions and characteristics:
1. Vacuum chamber is composed of furnace body and furnace cover. The furnace cover is turned horizontally. Furnace body and cover structure are double wall, and water cooling; the inner wall is made of 304 stainless steel and polished in a large area, so it can easily remove condensated water vapor and smelting dirt.
2. The furnace cover is equipped with auxiliary material feeding device and observation window.
