Product Description:
Bridgeman Crystal Furnace uses intelligent touch screen automatic control, real-time data recording, high reliability. The control software can be programmed separately according to the customer's technological requirements.
Falling mechanism:
Servo motor + planetary reducer is adopted. Considering the influence of vibration during descending process and other factors, the reducer is connected with ball screw through synchronous belt, and the lead screw is driven up and down by guide rail. The reducer and the column lead screw are installed independently, so as to avoid the vibration conduction during the operation of the motor affecting the crystal growth of the crucible pot.
Displacement detection:
By installing a rotary encoder at the other end of the screw, the displacement is calculated according to the number of pulses fed back by the encoder. It has upper and lower limit function.
