Product Description
Horizontal vacuum sintering furnace is mainly composed of furnace body, vacuum system, water cooling system and electrical control system.
The furnace body is composed of furnace door, furnace body, furnace bottom, heat insulation screen and heater, bearing platform etc.
The furnace door is made of double layer head and flange assembly welding with double layer wall structure, and cooled with inside and outside of circulating cooling water cooling (Water supply shall be provided by the customer). The inside and outside of sealing head are made of stainless steel and cooled with built-in water circulation system (the water source is provided by the customer).
The furnace body is made of stainless steel. The furnace body is provided with electrode extraction device, inlet and outlet air interface, thermocouple temperature measuring device and observation hole. The door is opened by side door and connected with the furnace body by lifting shaft hinge. A pressing device is arranged on the furnace door.
The insulating heater shield with multilayer circular structure is made of molybdenum sheet and stainless steel from inside to outside.
The circular heater is installed on the circumference of the circular insulating heater shield. The heater is made with resistance/molybdenum tape for easy disassembly and maintenance. High purity alumina ceramics are used as insulation materials for heater. Bearing frame is made of molybdenum material.
Vacuum system
Vacuum system is optional medium vacuum (≤10Pa)or high vacuum (≤6.67×10-3Pa), manual / Pneumatic flapper valve, vacuum pipe and vacuum resistance silicon composition.
Gas cooling system
Gas-filled device (excluding gas drying, gas filtering and tail gas treatment system) is mainly composed of charging valve, floating ball flowmeter, charging pipe, exhaust valve, etc. It is used for argon and nitrogen charging atmosphere requirements required by the process, and the maximum pressure is not more than 0.04Mpa (micro positive pressure).
Water-cooling system
The water-cooling system is composed of main inlet pipe, main outlet pipe, multi-inlet pipe, multi-outlet pipe, valve and pressure gauge, etc. The cooling water enters the furnace shell, furnace door, electrode and other places that need cooling from the main inlet pipe. Then through each branch outlet pipe to the main outlet pipe discharge
Electric contact pressure gauge is set on the total water inlet pipe. When the total water inlet pressure is lower than the set value, the control system will give sound and light alarm and automatically cut off the power supply of the heater. Each inlet pipe is equipped with a valve, which can regulate the flow of cooling water in a single channel (the water source is provided by the customer).
Electrical control system
SCR power controller and large current transformer are used in the power control of electric furnace. SCR power controller is used to achieve stepless voltage regulation by phase-shifting trigger mode, so as to achieve automatic power control.
