
Product Description:
The vacuum molybdenum wire furnace, free from carbon and other dust contaminants, is an essential choice for scientific research and industrial production furnaces. It is suitable for high-purity ceramic sintering, high-temperature sintering of metals, alloys, and other materials, or for measuring their physical and chemical properties under high-temperature vacuum conditions. It can also be used for brightening and degassing treatments of metal materials.
Structural Overview:
The equipment mainly consists of a furnace body, heating system, vacuum and gas filling system, water cooling system, and control system.
The furnace body features a double-layer water-cooled structure with both inner and outer walls made of 304 stainless steel and carefully polished for a smooth surface, which facilitates shorter pumping times and easier cleaning. Water cooling is employed between the walls to ensure the surface temperature of the furnace wall. The furnace body is equipped with water-cooled electrodes on the side, an observation window, vacuum pumping interfaces, electrode interfaces, and gas filling interfaces.
The thermal insulation screen is made entirely of metal in a circular design using molybdenum sheets. The heater, also circular, is installed around the circumference of the insulation screen, forming an integrated unit. Upon energization, the molybdenum wire heats up and transfers heat to the materials inside the furnace chamber. The heater is wound in a zigzag pattern using molybdenum wire or wire, making the chamber easy to disassemble and maintain. High-purity alumina ceramics are used as insulation materials for the heater, and the material support is made of molybdenum.
The low vacuum system utilizes a single-stage pump (vacuum degree: cold state, no load ≤10Pa), while the high vacuum system employs a diffusion pump unit/molecular pump unit (vacuum degree: cold state, no load ≤6.67*10^-4Pa), along with high vacuum gate valves, pre-pumping valves, low valves, vacuum piping, and digital composite vacuum measuring instruments/vacuum gauges.
Comprising a gas filling valve, mass/float flowmeter, gas filling piping, and exhaust valve, this system meets the atmospheric requirements for argon or nitrogen filling during processes, with a maximum filling pressure of ≤ 0.04MPa.
This cooling water system includes a main inlet pipe, main outlet pipe, multiple branch inlet pipes, multiple branch outlet pipes, valves, and pressure gauges. The main inlet pipe is equipped with an electric contact pressure gauge that triggers an audible and visual alarm and automatically cuts off the heater power if the inlet water pressure falls below the set value. Each branch inlet pipe has a valve for adjusting the coolant flow rate.
Featuring a liquid crystal touchscreen, the control system can store up to 30 process curves and has PID parameter self-tuning functionality. It consists of a thermocouple, intelligent temperature controller, programmable logic controller (PLC), power regulator, heating transformer, vacuum gauge, and recorder, forming an electrical control system that includes power supply, control, recording, monitoring, and alarm/protection functions.

Vacuum System:
The vacuum system comprises a KT300 diffusion pump + BSV60 direct-coupled pump, manual gate valve, vacuum piping, and vacuum silicon resistor.
Gas Cooling System:
The gas filling device (excluding gas drying, filtration, and exhaust treatment systems) consists of a gas filling valve, float flowmeter, gas filling piping, and exhaust valve, catering to process requirements for argon or nitrogen atmospheres with a maximum filling pressure of ≤0.05MPa (slight positive pressure, gauge pressure). The atmosphere circulation accelerates cooling.
Water Cooling System:
The water cooling system includes a main inlet pipe, main outlet pipe, multiple branch inlet pipes, multiple branch outlet pipes, valves, and pressure gauges. Cooling water flows from the main inlet pipe through each branch inlet pipe to the furnace shell, door, electrodes, and other areas needing cooling, then collects in the main outlet pipe for discharge. The main inlet pipe is equipped with an electric contact pressure gauge that triggers an alarm and cuts off heater power if the inlet pressure drops below the set value. Each branch inlet pipe has a valve for adjusting the coolant flow rate (water source to be provided by the user).
Electrical Components:
The furnace's power control utilizes a thyristor power controller + high-current transformer. The thyristor power controller employs phase-shifting triggering for stepless voltage adjustment, enabling automatic power control.
