Product Description:

The high-vacuum sintering furnace is mainly consist of furnace shelter ,vacuum gas charging system, a water cooling system, an electrical control system, and other components.

The furnace body consists of a furnace door, a furnace shell, heaters, and furnace insulation devices.

      The furnace door is welded from a double-layer head and a flange (with a flange thickness of 30mm), adopting a double-walled structure where circulating cooling water is used for cooling inside both the inner and outer heads. The inner head of the furnace door is made of stainless steel plate.

      The furnace shell is made of stainless steel plates for both the inner and outer cylinders (with a stainless steel thickness of 8mm for the inner cylinder and 4-5mm for the outer cylinder). The furnace shell is equipped with electrode lead-out devices, gas inlet and outlet interfaces, and thermocouple temperature measurement devices. It has front and rear doors, with the furnace door and furnace body connected by hinges. The furnace door opens laterally, and a pressing device is installed on the furnace door.

      Adopting an advanced hanging-bracket structure, heating is arranged on the left and right sides, providing high radiation efficiency and uniformity. This enhances heat exchange within the furnace, improves the furnace's thermal efficiency, and extends the service life of heating elements. The heating elements are 1800 U-shaped silicon molybdenum rods suspended on the left and right sides of the furnace wall, making installation, maintenance, and replacement extremely convenient.

      The furnace chamber is entirely constructed using 1800-type alumina fiber material through a unique numerical control process. After the lining is completed, a layer of high-temperature curing agent is sprayed on the surface to form an insulating wall, increasing the lining's strength and thermal radiation performance, and further reducing heat storage losses, achieving rapid heating and maximizing the furnace's thermal efficiency, with good energy-saving effects. The insulation material consists of a composite insulation layer made of alumina fiber ultra-hard boards, zirconia-containing high-alumina needle-punched blankets, and high-alumina refractory fiber products, providing excellent insulation performance.
