Technical Specifications:

1. Furnace Body:

The vacuum furnace chamber has dimensions of Φ350×600mm, with a double-layer water-cooled furnace wall made of 304 stainless steel.The furnace door is side-opening, equipped with a water-cooled quartz observation window.

2. Medium Frequency Power Supply: 

The product should utilize silicon components and IGBT modules to convert the industrial frequency three-phase AC power supply into a single-phase medium frequency power supply. The induction power controller uses uncontrolled rectification technology, featuring a high power factor (>0.95), low grid pollution, and both constant current and constant power control modes, ensuring the controller always operates in effective power output mode. It is suitable for frequent startups or long-term operation. The human-machine control interface should have communication functionality, with an RS-485 connection, allowing remote reading and writing of controller parameters and operational status.

(1) Medium Frequency Power: 30kW

(2) Frequency: 2.5-8KHz (optional)

(3) Power Factor: >0.9

(4) Power Conversion Efficiency: >70-95% (the power and conversion efficiency of the medium frequency power supply vary with temperature changes during operation)

(5) Power Stability Accuracy: <0.2%

3. Vacuum System:

(1) Equipped with a mechanical pump 2X-8.

(2) Vacuum Degree: (cold state, no load) ≤10Pa (digital vacuum gauge)

(3) Inlet Flow Rate: 1~10L/min (optional with mass flow meter)

(4) Micro-positive Pressure Constant Pressure Automatic Control: ≤0~0.04Mpa

4. Heating System:

Requires medium frequency induction heating, with a working temperature range of 100℃~2000℃ and a working power supply of AC380V/50HZ. The temperature measurement method is B-type thermocouple:

(1) Power control when ≤1200℃

(2) Temperature control when ≥1200℃

5. Temperature Control Method:

Uses a liquid crystal touchscreen display for quicker settings and a more intuitive display of equipment operational status. The setting data and operations are presented in a graphic and text interface for easy operation. For data storage and output, data can be copied to a computer via a USB interface for long-term preservation, with the ability to store multiple programs. It features a 50-segment programmable temperature control curve, eliminating the need for constant monitoring (fully automatic heating, temperature maintenance, and cooling).

 Temperature control and detection are fully implemented using:Single platinum-rhodium (Type S) for temperatures ≤1500℃; Double platinum-rhodium (Type B) for temperatures ≤1800℃.
