Brief Introduction Of Structure:
　　1.The pressure sintering furnace is mainly composed of furnace body, heating system, water cooling system, vacuum system, inflation and pressure system and temperature control system;
　　2.The furnace body adopts double-layer water cooling structure, the middle water cooling, to keep the temperature of the furnace shell below 60℃;
　　3.The furnace insulation material can be carbon felt and graphite, molybdenum sheet and stainless steel, the inner layer for the pressure vessel. The furnace side is equipped with inlet, outlet, vacuum, thermocouple, pressure sensor, safety valve, electrode and other interfaces;
　　4.The cooling water enters the main pipe and is sent to each part of the electric furnace that needs to be cooled through each branch pipe, and then discharged into the main return pipe. Each cooling water has a manual valve, which can adjust the flow of cooling water according to needs. And can automatically cut off the heater power supply through the chain function of electrical control;
　　5.Vacuum pump system using a single stage vacuum pump, (can also be added roots pump, shorten the vacuum time), high-pressure ball valve and vacuum pipe composition;
　　6.By automatic detection, manual control of pressure, pressure reduction, and over-pressure, sound and light alarm and other safety devices, the electric furnace is equipped with furnace pressure limit, automatic exhaust safety valve, when the furnace pressure exceeds a certain pressure value, the safety valve automatic exhaust, so that the furnace pressure control within the process range;
