SG-DZL1200 customized high-temperature well furnace can be placed horizontally or vertically by hand wheel; the furnace uses alumina polycrystalline fiber material with good thermal insulation performance, uses resistance wire/silicon carbon rod as heating element, adopts intelligent program temperature control system, phase-shifting trigger, silicon controlled control, and can work in horizontal or vertical positions, so that the sample is fully heated and full. Main functions and characteristics:
1. Alumina polycrystalline fiber material is used in the furnace, which has good thermal insulation, durability, high tensile strength, no impurities, high purity and obvious energy saving effect.
2. The heating element adopts silicon carbon rod.
3. The shell can be designed with Q235/304 stainless steel and the inner liner can be made with 310S stainless steel.
4. Turn on power-off and leakage protection, and alarm over-temperature to ensure the safety of the equipment.
5. Our software device is connected with computer through 485 or USB interface, which can realize the functions of remote control, real-time tracking, history recording and output report forms of single or multiple electric furnaces. Paperless recording device can be installed to realize data storage and output.
6. The vacuum system, inflation system and temperature control system can be programmed by touch screen operation. The operation is simple, convenient and accurate.
7. The furnace body can work horizontally, vertically or at any angle, which greatly enhances the scope of application.
