Product Description:
SG-JSL1000 high temperature stainless steel shaft furnace adopts top open door, high quality resistance wire as heating element, double shell structure and intelligent temperature control system. The furnace uses alumina polycrystalline fiber material, which has good thermal insulation and energy saving.
Main uses and scope of application:
Special equipment for sintering, melting, analysis and production of ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemical industry, machinery, refractories, new materials development, special materials, building materials, metals, non-metallic materials tempering, annealing and other heat treatment, as well as quenching, solid melting and aging treatment of aluminium alloys.
Main functions and characteristics:
1. The furnace uses alumina polycrystalline fiber material, which has good thermal insulation, durability, high tensile strength, no impurities, high purity and obvious energy saving effect. The heating element uses high-quality resistance wire, which greatly improves the service life.
2. Our software equipment is connected with computer through 485 or USB interface, which can realize remote control, real-time tracking, history recording and report output of single or multiple electric furnaces, and can install paperless recording device to realize data storage and output.
3. Overtemperature alarm and power failure, leakage protection, safe and reliable operation;
4. The temperature control system can be programmed by touch screen operation, which is simple, convenient and accurate.
5. The shell is designed with 304 stainless steel. The furnace is made of high purity alumina and high quality resistance wire. The inner liner can be made of 310S stainless steel.
6. The stainless steel control box is equipped with the intelligent temperature control components of Yudian, and the whole equipment is equipped with a furnace rack (mounted with Vientiane casters).
7. The oxygen meter and flowmeter at the intake port are equipped with 316 intake pipe through the bottom of the inner gallbladder to ensure that the intake meets the space requirements of the inner gallbladder, and the intake and outlet are standard 1/4 threaded interfaces.
8. The electric control box is connected with a cooling fan to ensure the cooling of the surface of the electrical components during the working period.
