
Product Description:
The Bridgman Crystal Growth Furnace features an intelligent touchscreen for automatic control, real-time data recording, and high reliability. Customized programming control software is available based on customer process requirements.
Lowering Mechanism:
The furnace adopts a servo motor combined with a planetary gearbox. Considering factors such as vibration during the lowering process, the gearbox is connected to a ball screw through a timing belt. The screw, guided by a rail, moves up and down by dragging a ceramic rod. The gearbox and the column screw are installed independently to prevent vibrations from the motor from affecting crystal growth in the crucible.
Displacement Detection:
A rotary encoder is installed at the other end of the screw to calculate displacement based on the number of pulses fed back by the encoder. It features upper and lower limit functions.
