Product Description:

      The Bridgman Crystal Growth Furnace features an intelligent touchscreen for automatic control, real-time data recording, and high reliability. Customized programming control software is available based on customer process requirements.

Lowering Mechanism:

  The furnace adopts a servo motor combined with a planetary gearbox. Considering factors such as vibration during the lowering process, the gearbox is connected to a ball screw through a timing belt. The screw, guided by a rail, moves up and down by dragging a ceramic rod. The gearbox and the column screw are installed independently to prevent vibrations from the motor from affecting crystal growth in the crucible.

Displacement Detection:

  A rotary encoder is installed at the other end of the screw to calculate displacement based on the number of pulses fed back by the encoder. It features upper and lower limit functions.

 Double-layer high-quality carbon steel plate with surface treated with rust-resistant and high-temperature resistant paint.

 Aesthetically pleasing and energy-efficient high-temperature furnace chamber made of poly-crystalline alumina fibers.

2. Electrical Components And Temperature Control

 All electronic components are sourced from Delixi, and the thyristors are original equipment from Japan or Germany.

 For safe and efficient operation, an imported all-copper isolated transformer is utilized.

 Temperature control and detection are fully implemented using:Single platinum-rhodium (Type S) thermocouples for temperatures up to 1500℃;Double platinum-rhodium (Type B) thermocouples for temperatures up to 1800℃.

3. Research Team

Experienced senior engineers, holding master's and doctoral degrees in engineering from the Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, are available to assist your company or research institute in selecting the appropriate experimental furnace.
