Product Description:
SG-SJL1600 high temperature elevator has advanced and reasonable structure, beautiful appearance and generous. Furnace is constructed with high purity alumina fiber material through unique numerical control process. It has strong thermal shock resistance, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, no slag falling, no pollution and long service life. The shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, processed by advanced numerical control machine tools, using high-quality silicon-molybdenum bars as heating elements, and air cooling system between the two-layer shell, which can quickly cool down. The furnace has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature of the furnace body, fast temperature rise and fall rate, energy saving, etc. The control system adopts artificial intelligence adjustment technology of micro-computer, which has the functions of PID regulation, automatic control, self-tuning, multi-stage programming, and can compile various heating, heat preservation and cooling programs, with high precision of temperature control; the integrated module is controlled by silicon and triggered by phase shift. The degree of automation is relatively high, and the indicators have reached the advanced level.
Main uses and scope of application:
This equipment is widely used in universities, scientific research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises for powder, military industry, electronics, metallurgy, medicine, ceramics, glass, machinery, new material development, special materials, refractories, building materials, chemical industry, metal sintering and metal heat treatment experiments and production of ideal equipment.
Main functions and characteristics:
1. High-quality silicon-molybdenum rods are used for heating elements, and high-purity alumina fiber material is used for furnace. It has good thermal insulation, durability, high tensile strength, no impurities, high purity, and better energy-saving effect than domestic fiber material.
2. Our software equipment is connected with computer through 485 or USB interface, which can realize remote control, real-time tracking, history recording and report output of single or multiple electric furnaces, and can install paperless recording device to realize data storage and output.
3. Overtemperature alarm and power failure, leakage protection, safe and reliable operation;
4. Furnace body: through electrostatic spraying, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, the furnace body and hearth are separated by air-cooled furnace wall temperature close to room temperature.
5. Optional remote control touch screen operation mode, complete functions: the temperature control system is programmed, easy to operate, accurate; the world's leading AI artificial intelligence adjustment algorithm, a set of measurement, display, control, alarm, recording and other functions in one ultra-thin intelligent touch screen, can achieve accurate measurement and control of temperature, pressure, flow and other parameters. It has P2P cloud-end work. It can monitor and operate remotely through mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets and so on.
