The equipment utilizes the double shell construction and temperature control system.The chamber material is totally made of the ultra-high temperature composite alumina fiber, which is good thermal insulation performance, high temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance.

Main Function and Feature:

　　1.The material of furnace inner is the 316L corrosion-resistant stainless steel(inside dimension is approximate diameter 410*600mm), external diameter diameter 426, top flange

thickness is 17mm,the bottom plate is 10mm thick,the wall is 6-8mm thick,and the height is 627mm.Double-layer water cooling structure of the furnace(needs to prepare its own water source)

　　2.Vacuum degree :-0.1Mpa(The water circulation pump shall be provided by the customer).The vacuum degree is indicated by the pointer pressure and is installed on the top cover or the side of the furnace. The vacuum interface reserved by the supplier shall be provided by the demander. A stainless steel water storage tank (about 5L) is installed between the vacuum interface of the furnace body and the vacuum pump.

　　3.Permeable gas: one air intake (intake pipe extends to the bottom of the furnace gall, the arrangement can not affect the material placement), one air output (top air output, outlet center), nitrogen, argon (positive pressure < 0.05Mpa use), inlet and exhaust pipe material 316L, inlet pipe diameter φ10 (diameter DN10) mm, with float flowmeter, Measuring range 1-15L/min; Exhaust pipe diameter DN15, equipped with easy to replace the outlet control valve, pipe layout should be scientific and reasonable. The sealing performance of each external interface of the furnace and kettle is reliable, and it can be used as a closed container to store unused raw materials. The upper flange of the furnace and kettle is equipped with a quick disassembly and compression device for convenient disassembly. The hanger of the upper flange and material of the furnace and kettle should be reasonable and reliable, and easy to operate.
