Product introduction:
SG-SJ 1700 box-type vacuum atmosphere furnace uses high-quality silicon-molybdenum rod as heating element, adopts double shell structure and intelligent temperature control system, phase-shifting trigger and silicon controlled control; inner liner adopts temperature-resistant and pressure-resistant alloy material; furnace door is equipped with circulating water cooling to ensure reliable sealing between furnace door and furnace gall.
Main uses and scope of application:
It is applied to vacuum treatment of electronic components, new materials and powder materials.
Main functions and characteristics:
1. The inner liner is made of temperature-resistant and pressure-resistant alloy material, which can vacuum up to - 0.1 MPa, and can lead to a variety of protective atmosphere.
2. The furnace uses imported alumina polycrystalline fiber material, which has good thermal insulation, durability, high tensile strength, no impurities, high purity, better energy-saving effect than domestic fiber materials, and high-quality silicon-molybdenum rods are used as heating elements.
3. Through our software and computer interconnection, we can realize the functions of remote control, real-time tracking, history recording and output report forms of single or multiple electric furnaces, and install paperless recording device to realize data storage and output.
4. Overvoltage automatic relief, over-temperature alarm and power failure, leakage protection, safe and reliable operation;
