Production Introduction:

　　SG-SJ900 type annealing furnace uses the excellent resistance wire as heating element.The equipment uses the double shell construction and intelligence temperature control system,which has the phase-shift trigger, thyristor control.The furnace chamber uses the high temperature and pressure resistant oxidation resistant 310S stainless steel; double shell structure, with air cooling and water cooling system, can quickly cool down, the furnace door is equipped with circulating water cooling, to prevent the sealing ring from aging too fast, to ensure the reliable sealing of the furnace door and furnace gall.

　　It can be used in the heat treatment process of electronic components, new materials and powder materials under vacuum or atmosphere conditions. It is also used in metallurgy, machinery, light industry, commodity inspection, colleges and universities and scientific research departments, industrial and mining enterprises of electronic ceramic products pre-burning, sintering, brazing and other processes.
