Product Description:
Sapphire annealing furnace uses high-quality silicon-molybdenum rod as heating element, double shell structure and intelligent temperature control system, thyristor control, phase-shifting trigger, 1800 alumina polycrystalline fiber material as furnace chamber, air-cooling system between double shell, which can quickly raise and lower temperature, save energy, protect environment, and be safe and reliable.
Main uses and scope of application:
It is suitable for the annealing process of sapphire wafer and sapphire crystal rod. It is also suitable for high temperature sintering, metal annealing, new material development, organic matter ashing and quality testing in universities, scientific research institutes and industrial and mining enterprises. It is also suitable for the production and experiment of military industry, electronics, medicine and special materials.
Main functions and characteristics:
1. High-quality silicon-molybdenum bars are used as heating elements and alumina polycrystalline fibers are used as furnace materials, which have good thermal insulation, durability, high tensile strength and greatly prolonged service life.
2. Unique furnace design, durable, non-collapse;
3. Our software equipment is connected with computer through 485 or USB interface, which can realize remote control, real-time tracking, history recording and report output of single or multiple electric furnaces, and can install paperless recording device to realize data storage and output.
4. Overtemperature alarm and power failure, leakage protection, safe and reliable operation;
5. The temperature control system can be programmed by touch screen operation, which is simple, convenient and accurate.
6. Wide range of temperature control, intelligent PID regulation, micro-computer control, 30-section programmable temperature control curve, without duty (automatic rise, fall, heat preservation).
