  This product is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, colleges and universities, scientific research and all kinds of laboratories and other vacuum storage items and makeup bottles under vacuum conditions of leakage or ceramic, glue, epoxy resin, paint, plastic toys, resin crafts, candles, printer ink cartridges and glass products and other industries vacuum defoaming treatment.

Vacuum System:

The working chamber is a sealed space connected by vacuum tubes to the vacuum pump and pressure sensor. The vacuum pump continuously works to extract the gas in the working room, the pressure in the working room will be less and less than the standard atmospheric pressure, and the intake valve is used to achieve the balance with the pumping, so as to obtain the required vacuum degree. The hand valve is installed in the front stage of the vacuum pump, and the pumping capacity of the vacuum pump can be manually adjusted. The vacuum pump is equipped with a gas ballast valve. When the pump is used to extract steam, make sure the gas ballast valve is open.
