Large bogie stove uses silicon carbon rod as heating element, which has high temperature resistance and long service life. Using high quality S-type thermocouple to measure temperature and fuzzy PID to control temperature automatically, it has high temperature control accuracy (+1 C).
Main uses and scope of application:
This product adopts reliable integrated circuit, good working environment, anti-interference, computer program control, programmable 30-section curve, automatic heating/cooling, temperature control parameters and procedures can be modified in operation, flexible, convenient and easy to operate. Precision of temperature control: +1 (?) C heating rate is fast and the fastest heating rate is less than 15/min. Furnace material is made of composite alumina fiber, which has high temperature, low heat storage and good thermal insulation. Reasonable structure, inner and outer double-layer furnace sleeve, air-cooled heat dissipation, can greatly shorten the working cycle, etc. This product is widely used in metal annealing, refractories, electronics, ceramics, metallurgy, machinery, building materials, special materials, new material development and other fields of testing and production of essential products.
2. The control panel is equipped with an intelligent temperature regulator, which controls the power switch, the main heating operation, the stop button, and the working state indicator lamp to facilitate the control of the equipment.
