  Huge type trolley furnace uses the silicon carbon rod as the heating element,which is good resistant high explosive and long servicing span.The equipment uses the high quality S type thermocouple for temperature measurement and fuzzy PID automatic control temperature,which has high temperature control accuracy degree(±1℃).

  The production uses the reliable integrated circuit, good working environment, anti-interference, microcomputer program control, programmable 30-section curve, automatic temperature/cooling, can modify the temperature control parameters and procedures during operation, flexible and convenient, simple operation. Temperature control accuracy: ±1℃ heating speed, heating rate ≤15/min. The furnace material is made of composite alumina fiber, which has high temperature, low heat storage and good thermal insulation performance. Reasonable structure, inside and outside double-layer furnace jacket, air cooling heat dissipation, can greatly shorten the working cycle.
