SG-XQL1200 box-type vacuum atmosphere furnace uses high-quality silicon-carbon rod as heating element, adopts intelligent temperature control system, phase-shifting trigger and silicon controlled control; uses alumina polycrystalline fiber material in furnace, which has good heat preservation effect; double shell structure, with air-cooling and water-cooling system, can quickly cool down, and the door is equipped with circulating water cooling to prevent the sealing ring from aging too fast, so as to ensure the reliability of the door and the furnace gallbladder. Main functions and characteristics:
