Production Description:

  High temperature vacuum atmosphere furnace chamber utilizes the alumina poly-crystal fiber material, which has the excellent heat insulation effect.The silicon carbon rod or silicon molybdenum rod is used as the heating element.The double shell structure with the air cooling and water cooling system, which can quickly cool down.The furnace is the side open door structure.The furnace door is equipped with water cooling, which can rapidly heat up and cool down to meet the different needs of production.

Main Uses And Applicant Scope:

  The equipment can be used in the heat treatment process of electronic components, new materials and powder materials under vacuum or atmosphere conditions. It is also used in metallurgy, machinery, light industry, commodity inspection, colleges and universities and scientific research departments, industrial and mining enterprises of electronic ceramic products pre-burning, sintering, brazing and other processes.

Main Functions And Features:

　 　1.The vacuum system is a diffusion pump unit: it is a diffusion pump + rotary vane vacuum pump. This unit is not suitable for pumping gas that corrodes metals and reacts chemically to pump oil. The working environment temperature is 5~40℃, the relative humidity is not more than 85%, and the cooling water temperature is 25℃+5℃.

 2.Limitation vacuum degree is 6.67*10^-3pa(cold status and no-load),working vacuum degree is 6.67*10^-2pa, air exhausting time is approximate 1.5 hours.

 3.The furnace chamber uses alumina poly-crystal fiber material, which has the excellent thermal insulation performance, durable, high tensile strength, greatly improve the service span;

 4.Using the silicon carbon rod as the heating element,which is heating instability, and long service span.

　　 5.Carbon steel shell is equipped with the water cooling system.There are protective sealing silicone gaskets at the same time, can help speed up the cooling rate.

　 　6.The furnace door sealing uses the 20mm thick wire cut flange, O-shaped silicone ring, hand wheel lock.

　　 7.The software equipment is connected to the computer through 485 or USB interface, which can realize the remote control, real-time tracking, history record, output report and other functions of a single or multiple electric furnaces. Paperless recording device can be installed to realize data storage and output;

　　 8.It is optional to automatically control the vacuum system, inflation system and temperature control system by touch screen operation. The operation is simple and accurate.
