
Process Description:
1. The melting and metering equipment in the metrology institute is equipped with two temperature fields, allowing for comparative experiments with different growth rates and compositions.
2. The thickness and length of the insulation layer in the zone-melting furnace chamber can be fine-tuned manually to determine the temperature gradient. The temperature measurement hole in the chamber enables the measurement of the required temperature gradient and suitable temperature field for crystal growth.
3. The length of the growth axis is 800mm.
4. The automatic moving rate is 5~10mm/hour (with a control accuracy of 0.1mm).
5. The rapid moving rate is 5-20mm/minute.
6. The equipment includes two sets of stainless steel temperature field frames.
7. The upper and lower trays are adjustable and equipped with vacuum KF interfaces.
8. It features an independent control cabinet with a liquid crystal touch screen display for data storage and output. Data can be copied to a computer via a USB drive, and the real-time curve display makes program setting faster and the equipment operating status more intuitive. The setting data and operations are presented in a graphic and text interface for easy operation. For data storage and output, multiple heating curves can be preset, and data can be copied to a computer via the USB interface for long-term storage.
