
Product Description:
The zone melting furnace features two growth zones, allowing for comparative experiments with different growth rates and compositions.
It includes four sets of zone melting furnace chambers that can be used to select an appropriate temperature field for crystal growth, with a melting zone of 10-15 millimeters.
The thickness and length of the insulation layer in the 12 zone melting chambers can be finely adjusted manually to determine the temperature gradient. The temperature gradient and suitable temperature field required for crystal growth can be measured through the temperature measurement holes in the chambers.
The SG-QRL1200 zone melting furnace is also equipped with a precision crystal annealing furnace chamber (size customizable by the buyer).
The control cabinet is equipped with a temperature measurement system that provides paperless recording with an interface during the crystal growth process, and includes a data monitoring system.
