Product Description:

  The high-precision constant temperature furnace: equipped with an elevating platform at the bottom with a load-bearing capacity of 50kg, it facilitates the placement of a device under test inside the equipment. The metal cylinder of the device to be tested depends on the actual condition. Signals are introduced and led out through long wires or pipelines. During measurement, the entire device under test is placed inside the constant temperature equipment for measurement.

Main Performance Indicators:

  1. Quartz Tube Opening Size of High-Precision Constant Temperature Oven: Outer Diameter 150mm, Inner Diameter Approximately 140mm.

  2. The high-precision constant temperature oven is designed as a vertical, cylindrical structure with open ends at the top and bottom. It is equipped with mullite covers with test holes for leading out measurement leads and pipelines. Four wires with an outer diameter of 4.6mm and one pipeline with an outer diameter of 3mm are led out from the bottom cover of the constant temperature equipment. At the top cover, a pipeline with a diameter of 3mm and a wire with a diameter of 7.5mm need to be led out.

  3. Heating Region Size: 1000mm (heated in 5 regions).

  4. Constant Temperature region Size: Diameter not less than 120mm; height approximately 600mm. The distance from the upper horizontal plane of the effective working area to the upper port of the constant temperature equipment is less than 250mm.

  5. Total Electrical Design Power: Approximately 27KW.

  6. Power Supply: 380V 50HZ.

  7. Design Temperature: 1200℃.

  8. Operating Temperature Range: 650℃~1000℃.

  9. Temperature Control Accuracy: ≤1℃/15min within the temperature range of 650℃~1000℃.

10. Temperature Uniformity: 3℃ (constant temperature no-load test within the effective working area).

  11. Temperature Measurement Element: K-type Thermocouple.

  12. Heating Element: Resistance Wire.

  13. Furnace Material: High-Purity Alumina Fiber.

  14. Fastest Heating Rate: 1-15/min (humanized and intelligently adjustable).

  15. Temperature Control System: LCD touchscreen display for data storage, output, and copying to a computer via USB. The real-time display screen allows for quicker program setting and a more intuitive view of equipment operation status. Setting data and operations are presented in a graphical interface for easy operation. Data can be stored and output long-term on a computer via the USB interface, and multiple heating curves can be preset.

  16. Material Platform Lifting Method: Electric screw rod lifting with a stroke of 600mm.

  17. Circuit Protection: Over-temperature, over-current, thermocouple disconnection, power failure, etc.

18. Control Method: Controlled by high-power integrated modules and intelligent instruments for temperature control. It is equipped with alarm devices for over-temperature, over-pressure, over-current, power failure, and thermocouple disconnection.
