Product Description:
Zone melting furnace has two growth zones, which can be compared with different growth rates and different components.
The suitable temperature field for crystal growth can be selected in the furnace with four groups of zone melting, and the melting zone is 10-15 mm.
The temperature gradient of 12 zone melting furnaces is determined by adjusting the thickness and length of insulating layer manually. The temperature gradient required for crystal growth and the appropriate temperature field can be determined by measuring the temperature hole in the furnace.
SG-QRL1200 zone melting furnace is also equipped with crystal precision annealing furnace (size determined by demand)
The control cabinet is equipped with a temperature measuring system, which can record the crystal growth process without paper and with a data monitoring system.
