The SG-RYL series vacuum hot pressing furnace is primarily designed for research institutes and laboratories to conduct hot pressing sintering of materials such as cemented carbide, functional ceramics, and powder metallurgy under high-temperature and high-vacuum conditions. It can also perform hot pressing forming and sintering under inert gas protection, yielding materials with high density, high strength, and high performance.
Key Features:
1.The furnace body adopts a double-layer SUS304 structure with water cooling in between, effectively reducing the surface temperature of the furnace, minimizing high-temperature hazards, and lowering the impact on operators and the ambient temperature.
2.The frame-type double-column support structure, constructed through profile welding and integral processing, ensures the reliability of the equipment.
3.With a wide temperature range and various heating elements to choose from, such as graphite, molybdenum, tungsten, and tantalum, the maximum temperature can reach 2200℃ in a suitable protective atmosphere, accommodating the hot pressing sintering of different materials.
4.The vacuum system can be customized according to process requirements (mechanical pump or diffusion pump set).
5.Equipped with gas inlet and outlet ports and an over-pressure protection device, allowing for hot pressing sintering in a vacuum environment, as well as in inert or reducing atmospheres.
6.User-friendly configuration enables both manual operation and one-button intelligent operation.
7.Diversified structures, including vertical top discharge, vertical side-opening discharge, unidirectional pressing, bidirectional pressing, etc., are available for selection ; non-standard customization is also possible based on customer needs.

Furnace Body:
1.The furnace body is a vertical furnace shell. Its inner layer (304 stainless steel), outer cylinder, and flange are all made of high-quality carbon steel materials. The inner and outer cylinders are welded together with the upper and lower flanges to form a jacket for water cooling, which can dissipate the heat transferred to the inner wall of the furnace shell. The furnace body is equipped with holes for vacuum pumping, thermocouple insertion, and observation.
2.The upper part of the furnace is the furnace cover, which is welded with inner (304 stainless steel) and outer heads and flanges (made of high-quality carbon steel). Water cooling is possible between the layers. The furnace cover is opened manually by lifting and translating it. The furnace cover is equipped with a press head (upper press head), a clamping device, and a vent valve. Both the upper and lower press heads are made of 304 stainless steel and have circulating cooling water. The thermocouple temperature measurement hole and observation hole in the middle of the furnace body are equipped with gas filling holes for easy observation.
3.The furnace bottom is also composed of inner (304 stainless steel) and outer heads and flanges (made of high-quality carbon steel), with water cooling in between, and is fixed at the bottom of the furnace body. The furnace bottom is equipped with electrode introduction devices, gas inlet valves, a lower press head, and a sensor that displays displacement distance. The press head is made of stainless steel and has circulating cooling water.
4.The heating element is made of a graphite tube, and the heating electrode devices have water-cooled circulation.
5.The thermal insulation screen around and at the top of the furnace consists of multiple layers of graphite felt and 304 stainless steel supports, equipped with multiple graphite press heads made of high-strength graphite.
Hydraulic System:
1.The hydraulic system consists of an electric hydraulic station, a hydraulic cylinder, and a fixed frame. The hydraulic cylinder is installed in the middle of the furnace base. Hydraulic oil is used to lift the cylinder through the electric hydraulic system, achieving pressure regulation and pressure holding functions. According to the user's process requirements, the system can automatically adjust the pressure through a set intelligent digital display program instrument. Both pressure and displacement are displayed using digital instruments.
2.The fixed frame consists of a crossbeam, base, long columns, and a furnace frame.
Vacuum System:
2X-30 mechanical pump, one KT-200 diffusion pump, three vacuum valves, one electromagnetic differential pressure valve,a set of vacuum piping (including corrugated pipes), and a set of vacuum gauges.
Electrical Control:
1.The power supply uses a low-voltage transformer and a silicon-controlled rectifier voltage regulator. The 380V three-phase power is stepped down to 30V through a step-down transformer and then delivered to the electrodes through cables. The system features soft start, soft shutdown, constant current, and over-current protection functions.
2.Temperature control is achieved through a digital temperature program controller that automatically controls the temperature according to the process curve set by the user. It also has a PID self-tuning function and allows for manual temperature control based on user needs.
3.The entire electric furnace has functions such as automatic interlocking and alarming for low water pressure, over-temperature, and over-current, as well as protection to cut off the main power supply. The alarm status is indicated through sound and light.
