Production Introduction:

  Furnace stack: the double-layered water-cooled furnace shell with a rotatable top cover. The outer furnace shell is made of carbon steel (Outer furnace shell color code 7035). The inner furnace shell is welded from 304 stainless steel and sealed with customized O-rings, utilizing direct current welding technology. It is designed with a cover-opening axle for smooth and effortless rotation. The furnace cover features a temperature measurement hole, a temperature measurement bracket, and a purging device for the measurement hole. The furnace body is equipped with a mechanical explosion-proof vent, a vacuum piping interface, and an electrode outlet. Additionally, it incorporates a vacuum break valve, a safety pressure valve, two sets of intake and exhaust regulators (one in use and one on standby), vacuum instrumentation, and all connections are made using KF quick-connect fittings.

  Furnace Cover:The furnace cover employs a manual locking device with four sets of latches and is driven by a cylinder for opening and closing, controlled manually via a touchscreen.Protective devices are installed on the drive mechanism, high-temperature areas, and live parts of the furnace body, with warning signs posted accordingly.

  Temperature Control System:The system is programmed and controlled by a PIC, with operations displayed on a touchscreen. The PLC and touchscreen communicate using the 485 communication protocol. High-precision signal acquisition components are utilized, and interlocking control is achieved with the host PLC.

Parameter Requirements:

  1. Furnace Environment: Atmosphere-protected or vacuum

  2. Effective Loading Size: Φ600*600mm (diameter* height)

  3. Discharge Method: Vertical furnace body with a rotatable cover, discharging from the top

  4. Ultimate Vacuum: 6.67*10-3Pa (empty furnace, cold state)

  5. Ultimate Temperature: 3050°C

  6. Heating Rate: ≤10°C/min

  7. Temperature Control Range: 1000-3200°C (Fluke dual-color infrared  thermometer)

  8. Temperature Control Accuracy: ≤±1°C (without interference)

9. Temperature Control Program: 16-segment temperature curve settings (storage for 200 processes)
