Equipment Description:

  The temperature of silicon nitride synthesis furnace is 1500 degrees, the touch screen program is set, the temperature control is accurate, and the metal silicon powder is transformed into silicon nitride powder after inflation and heating.   Silicon nitride is a kind of superhard material, itself has lubricability, and wear resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance, can resist cold and thermal shock, heating to more than 1000℃ in the production process, sharp cooling will not crumble. It is precisely because of the excellent characteristics of silicon nitride ceramics, people usually use it to manufacture bearings, gas turbine blades, mechanical sealing rings, permanent molds and other mechanical components. The LCD touch screen control operation is simple, the production process of the equipment is safe and stable, and the high purity of silicon nitride production is guaranteed. It can store 30 process curves and has PID parameter self-tuning function. Humanized configuration, can also achieve one-click intelligent operation.

  The special furnace for silicon nitride synthesis uses silicon molybdenum rod as heating body, and the highest temperature can reach 1600℃. The size and heating power of special furnace can be designed and manufactured according to the needs of users.
