Product Description:

The high vacuum tungsten wire sintering furnace is a high-performance, intelligent experimental equipment. The furnace body adopts a double-layer stainless steel water-cooled structure and is polished. It uses tungsten mesh for heating and a metal thermal insulation screen. Most importantly, it is carbon-free, avoiding carbon contamination issues. It is an ultra-high temperature and high vacuum electric furnace for experimental scientific research or industrial production. It is widely used in quenching, annealing, high-temperature brazing, and sintering of inorganic materials, high-temperature alloy materials, high-purity ceramic sintering, transparent ceramic materials, and semiconductor materials in high vacuum or protective atmospheres. It is an ideal product for experiments and testing in production and scientific research units.

 Structural Components:

  The equipment mainly consists of the furnace body, furnace cover, tray and material platform, heating electrodes, heating and insulation system, temperature measurement system, vacuum system, water cooling system, and control system.

Structural Features:

  The furnace body features a double-layer water-cooled structure, with both inner and outer walls made of 304 stainless steel and mirror-polished for a smooth surface, which shortens pumping time and facilitates cleaning. The furnace shell is cooled by water circulation to ensure the furnace wall temperature remains below 60℃. Water-cooled electrodes are installed on the side of the furnace body. The furnace body is equipped with vacuum pumping ports, electrode ports, and gas filling ports.

  The furnace cover also has a double-layer water-cooled structure, with both inner and outer walls made of 304 stainless steel and a smooth surface for easy cleaning and shortened pumping time. It is cooled by water circulation, and the cover has an observation window and an exhaust port.

Tray And Material Platform:

  The tray is equipped with a material support system where the materials are placed.

Heating And Insulation System:

The heater uses high-purity tungsten mesh, and the insulation screen consists of multiple layers of tungsten-molybdenum reflective screens. From inside to outside, the insulation structure is composed of multiple layers of high-purity tungsten screens, high-purity molybdenum screens, and high-temperature stainless steel screens, forming a closed space. This ensures uniform temperature in the working area and minimal heat loss. The insulation screens are fixed on a stainless steel frame and arranged around the heating chamber to ensure rapid and uniform heating of the workpiece.
