Product Description

The multifunctional lifting furnace features a top-opening furnace door, utilizing resistance wire/silicon carbide rod/silicon molybdenum rod as heating elements. It adopts a double-shell structure and a temperature control system. The furnace chamber is entirely constructed with ultra-high-temperature composite alumina fiber, offering excellent thermal insulation performance, high temperature resistance, and thermal shock resistance.

 

Main Applications and Scope

This equipment is designed for heat treatments such as annealing, tempering, and sintering, as well as melting, analysis, and production processes in various industries including ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemicals, machinery, refractory materials, special materials, building materials, metals, and non-metallic materials. It is also suitable for quenching, solution treatment, and aging treatment of aluminum alloys.

 

Main Functions and Features

 Furnace Chamber Material: Made of 316L corrosion-resistant stainless steel (internal dimensions: approximately Φ410*600mm), with an outer diameter of Φ426, an upper flange thickness of 17mm, a base plate thickness of 10mm, a wall thickness of 6-8mm, and a height of 627mm. The furnace mouth features a double-layer water-cooled structure (water source to be provided by the user).

Vacuum Degree: -0.1Mpa (water circulation pump to be provided by the user). The vacuum degree is displayed by a pointer-type pressure gauge, installed on the furnace top cover or the side of the furnace mouth. The supplier will reserve a vacuum pumping interface, with the interface size to be provided by the user. A stainless steel water storage tank (approximately 5L) is installed between the furnace body vacuum interface and the vacuum pump.

Gas Passage: One inlet (extending to the bottom of the furnace chamber, arranged without interfering with material placement) and one outlet (centered at the top). Nitrogen and argon gas can be used (under a positive pressure of <0.05Mpa). The inlet and outlet pipes are made of 316L stainless steel, with the inlet pipe having a diameter of Φ10 (DN10) and equipped with a float flowmeter with a range of 1-15L/min; the outlet pipe has a DN15 diameter and is equipped with a conveniently replaceable outlet control valve. The piping layout is scientific and reasonable. (Newly added) The sealing performance of all external interfaces of the furnace kettle is reliable, allowing it to be used as a closed container for storing unused raw materials. The upper flange of the furnace kettle is equipped with a quick-release clamping device for easy disassembly. The upper flange and material hanging frame of the furnace kettle are reasonably and reliably designed for easy operation by personnel.

Fastest Heating Rate: 1-15℃/min, adjustable (intelligent and adjustable).

Microcomputer Temperature Control: Xiamen Yudian 716P intelligent instrument with RS-485 Modbus communication protocol interface, capable of continuous power adjustment based on furnace temperature PID control (silicon controlled rectifier).

Circuit Protection: Over-temperature, over-pressure, over-current, broken thermocouple, power failure, etc.

Furnace Body: Made of Q235 material, with surface spray coating treatment.

Lifting Device: Utilizes a 100100 square aluminum bracket, stainless steel 2525 guide rails and sliders, a 25mm lifting screw rod, and electric control for the lifting motor. The lifting stroke is 800mm, with an adjustable lifting rate of 1-50mm/min. The lifting device can move up and down and is equipped with a 316L stainless steel material rack that can move up and down with the furnace cover.

Control Mode: Imported high-power integrated module control, intelligent instrument temperature control, equipped with alarm devices for over-temperature, over-pressure, over-current, power failure, and broken thermocouple.
